20×24 Oil on canvas. A nighttime canvas glows with the restless energy of three young women, their nude forms sketched in warm, trembling brushstrokes as they dance in a ring around a low, crackling fire; the orange light carves the contours of shoulders and thighs, casting shadows that merge with the velvet black of the surrounding woods. Their movements are caught between suggestion and motion—arms lifted, hair tossed, hands linked—conveying both the exhilaration of freedom and the quiet intimacy of shared ritual. The painter’s palette—burnt sienna, umber, cadmium, and ultamarine—creates a tension between warmth and night-cold. Expressive strokes give the scene a breathless immediacy, making the moment feel both timeless and rooted in a single, pulsing instant of communal abandon.
16×20 Oil on canvas. A belly dancer glides across the stage with hypnotic grace, her movements focused through the subtle articulation of hips, ribs, and abdomen; the bellybutton becomes an eyecatching focal point that draws the eye to the center of her motion, accentuating each ripple and isolation. Her costume and jewelry catch the light as she layers sinuous undulations with precise shimmies, telling stories of celebration, The Bellybutton, a small, luminous detail that heightens the sensuality and artistry of the dance.
20×24 Oil on canvas. A luminous painting captures a redheaded woman mid-gesture. The light that seems to both reveal and forgive every curve; she declares a quiet reclamation of self. The artist uses assured brushstrokes and a restrained palette to focus attention on the sitter’s evolving relationship with her own body: not a moment of sudden revelation but of patient practice. Ultimately the painting feels less like a portrait than a study in becoming—an intimate, dignified portrayal of a woman learning to stand in her body with grace and self-possession.
16×20 Oil on canvas. A solitary black cat named Luna is captured with quiet reverence inside the white painted cabinet, her gleaming golden eyes captivate. The dark fur is rendered in soft, velvety strokes that catch muted highlights, while the aged wood of the cabinet wears scuffs, and the faint imprint of long-remembered hands—frames her like a private shrine. Though Luna has passed, the composition holds her presence steady: a comforting portrait that turns absence into a gentle, enduring companionship.
16×20 oil on canvas captures a stripper mid-gesture, her voluptuous curves rendered with confident, sensuous brushwork as a deep red light washes the scene; the warm, saturated glow sculpts her silhouette emphasizing the curve of her hip, the arch of her back, and the subtle interplay of shadow and highlight along her skin. The composition balances intimacy and theatricality—the dancer's movement suggested through energetic strokes. Color and contrast drive the erotic mood; crimson illumination evokes heat and temptation, while darker surrounds invites the viewer into a brief, charged moment of performance and allure.
12×12 Oil on canvas. Viewed from beneath, the orb weaver becomes an unexpected study in geometry and translucence: the delicate silhouette of its abdomen and radiating legs form a skeletal star. Textured brushwork suggests the fine hairs and minute irregularities of the body. The web’s faint, shimmering lines are implied rather than fully drawn, allowing negative space to emphasize the spider’s suspended stillness and the quiet tension of its poised posture.
16×20 Oil on canvas. A luminous painting of pink primroses swaying in a gentle breeze, petals rendered in translucent rose and blush against a cool muted background. Delicate vein lines and pale yellow throats meet broader, impressionistic strokes suggesting motion; subtle light variations add depth and morning freshness. Overlapping blooms create a rhythmic composition, with a few buds hinting at promise.
12" x 12" oil on canvas of daisies at dusk. A central cluster of white petals and bright yellow centers. A low sun near the horizon casts warm golds and apricots blended smoothly. Sunlight skims petal edges and foliage with movement suggesting a gentle evening breeze. A warm, intimate square study of daisies at sunset.
16×20 Oil on canvas. A dancer pauses in the spotlight and becomes something golden: her silhouette, captured mid-breath, glows with a molten warmth that transforms the ordinary stage into an altar of light. Brushstrokes trace the arc of her arm and the curve of her neck with confident, luminous strokes—ochres and cadmiums layered to catch and hold the light—while shadows recede into a soft, velvety dusk that makes the gold seem to pulse. The fabric of her costume is suggested rather than described, a shimmer of metallic pigment that suggests motion even in stillness; the floor beneath her reflects faint shards of color, anchoring the moment in space. The painting balances intimacy and spectacle, inviting the viewer to linger on the hush before movement resumes, where vulnerability and radiance fuse and a human figure is rendered almost mythic by the alchemy of paint.
12×24 oil on canvas. A bright green anole perches mid-frame in this painting, its slender body rendered with meticulous brushwork that captures the iridescent sheen of its scales and the delicate gradations of lime to emerald across its flanks; soft, diffused light spills from the upper left, picking out the anole’s keen black eye and the bright pink of its throat while casting gentle shadows that anchor it against a loosely suggested background rock and wood. The composition balances realism and painterly gesture—fine detail on the head. Color choices emphasize the anole’s vivacity yet remain harmonious, using warm undertones to enliven the greens and a restrained palette to ensure the subject remains the focal point. Overall, the painting feels intimate and observant, inviting the viewer to linger over the animal’s poised stillness and the artist’s attentive technique.
12×24 Oil on canvas. Kris blazes across the canvas with the confident intensity of a seasoned performer: her profile lit by the incandescent arc of a flame she breathes, skin warmed in amber and rose, eyes steady and focused as if listening to the rhythm of music and the crowd. The painter captures the paradox of her craft—delicate control within wild spectacle—by rendering flecks of light and smoke that halo her hair and the sequined edge of her costume, while loose, energetic brushstrokes suggest the movement of heat and sound around her. Subtle details honoring both the danger and the intimacy of festival nights. The overall palette balances theatrical contrast with tenderness, presenting Kris not only as a thrilling force of nature, but as a close, beloved friend whose courage and warmth draw everyone nearer.
16×20 Oil on canvas. Oak leaf on an oak stump — the composition centers on a single, once-vibrant leaf now mottled and faded, its veins etched like a fragile map of injury. The discoloration telling a story of stress, each irregular edge and translucent patch rendered with empathetic scrutiny. The stump beneath is depicted in painstaking detail: whispering of years; shadows settle into crevices while light skims the polished ridges, anchoring the leaf’s fragile geometry. Together they form a quiet study in resilience and decay, a close-up meditation on time’s textures where the intimate wear of a single leaf becomes a narrative about endurance, loss, and the beauty inherent in weathered things.
48×30 Oil on canvas. A painting of a tight-knit band captures a charged moment: the yellow hat—bold and luminous against a dusky background—claims the eye and announces him as the group's magnetic leader. His posture is confident but relaxed, suggesting both mastery and ease; the other musicians orbit him, their faces turned in varying degrees concentration. Brushwork alternates between precise detail on instruments and looser strokes in the surroundings, creating rhythm and movement that echo the music they make. Warm amber and deep indigo harmonize across the canvas, while the yellow hat functions as a visual solo, punctuating the composition and infusing the scene with charisma and theatrical flair.
24×36 Oil on linen. This rabbit painting demanded painstaking patience, each delicate hair clump rendered with a small brush to capture the animal’s soft, tactile presence; the meticulous layering of fine strokes builds realistic depth and subtle shifts in tone, so the fur seems to lift from the surface. Painted on linen, the canvas provides a smooth, velvety finish that complements the detailed work, allowing minute highlights to sit cleanly without losing the gentle texture of the brushwork. The composition balances intimate realism with quiet restraint, inviting the viewer to linger on the craft of each mark while appreciating the serene, lifelike character.

A young dancer captured mid-step, muscles subtly defined beneath skin and costume, every line of her body conveying both strength and grace. The compact format focuses attention on the purity of her form: elongated limbs, poised torso, and the concentrated energy that propels her movement. Warm and cool tones model the musculature, giving weight and dimension while soft edges suggest motion. The composition balances realism with a lyrical sensitivity, presenting a fleeting, exquisite moment of discipline and beauty.

20×24 — Oil on linen.
You know the feeling: a quiet, persistent ache for contact. The composition captures that yearning in measured, tactile strokes—warm flesh tones rendered with soft transitions, lips and cheek catching a muted, intimate light. The linen’s subtle weave shows through the paint, lending a delicate grain that heightens the sense of touch; skin appears softer, edges more suggestive, as if the canvas itself participates in the embrace. The overall effect is an invitation—an emotional and sensual presence held in quiet restraint, where surface and subject become inseparable.

about the artist
After working in civil engineering for 28 years, I found myself being drawn to a more creative and artistic path. It started with jewelry making in 2014, and in 2018 I picked up acrylic paint. Once my painting coach pushed my to try oil painting, I found my true passion! I’ll keep on this path as long as possible. Want to get to know me better?
